The Foundation of Well-Being Part One
What is a positive eating environment? How can you support a “sense of self” in the children you are with? What are children really capable of? How can you support children’s and your own self-regulation? And how does that impact our environment? How are families connected to their communities in dealing with everyday stresses and perhaps trauma? How can help children to develop resilience? These are the many questions we will consider together and co-construct what it means for our contexts and settings. Sharing and participation will reward us with rich ideas to take away in our work.
